Can I keep my existing number?
Yes — it is the only way we do it. Your number moves across keeping its digits, so what shows on your customer’s phone is the number they already have for you. We never buy a number, and we never issue you one.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses have their first AI employee live the same day. We tune the knowledge, rules and voice around your business before it goes live.
Can it take orders over the phone?
Yes — Orders is one of the roles, on every plan, for whatever you sell: meals, groceries, flowers or parts. Your AI takes the order down, asks whether it is collection or delivery, and reads the whole order back to the customer, with the total when you have uploaded your menu or price list. Nothing is sent until the customer says yes. It quotes only prices printed on your menu, and SwitchTasker adds them up, not the AI. The order then lands on your Orders screen and you accept or decline it. It does not say how long it will be, and it never tells a customer the order is placed — whatever you type when you accept is what the customer is told, word for word.
